The Finnish IMS Championships continued on 3.8 with two ultra short windward - leeward races and a longer inshore race.

After two disastrous results in the windward - leeward races we succeeded in winning the inshore race with a 22 second's margin to Merinna. Fortina Fun finished 5th and Charlotta 6th. The winds were very light, and in no way any good for a heavy Swan as Tarantella. We finished as the last boat in both W/L races.

The first W/L race was cancelled for IMS 3 due to a too low  average speed. The rules determine that a minimum speed of 2,5 knots has to be achieved. Now it was only 2,1 knots for Fun First, who was the first to cross the finishing line in class IMS3.

In the over all results  Tarantella holds the lead with a slight margin over Fortina Fun. Merinna comes close behind.

The last racing day will be very challenging.
